The history of Australian mining cannot be written without recognising the major impacts and achievements by the two largest mining Unions in Australia – the Mining and Energy Union (MEU) and the Australian Workers’ Union (AWU) who have joined forces to provide a united and stronger voice for you in the workplace.
The Alliance Organisers are based in NSW mining communities like Cobar and Broken Hill. We support you and provide expert advice and workplace representation when you need it. When we stand together, we are stronger!
